Leroy Edwards is the passionate Pastor and founder of our church organization and With a deep understanding of facing adversity and a strong desire to make a positive impact. Leroy established Team Up 2 CHURCH OF LIFE to create a community where no one is forgotten. His vision and dedication continue to inspire our church team as we strive to serve the homeless, support isolated seniors, and make a difference in the lives of those in need. Team up 2 CHURCH OF LIFE is where compassion through Gods benevolence meets action. Founded with a deep understanding of his benevolence and with the understanding of what it feels like to be hungry and alone and without the word of God in our lives. Our mission is to extend a hand to those in need. We are driven to be a passionate spirit and we desire to make a positive impact in our community, particularly in Everett, Snohomish County and King County. With our dedicated team and range of services, we strive to ensure our friends, neighbors, and seniors in need are not forgotten.

Leroy Edwards is also a Business Broker. He is focused on integrity, hard work and service to make your experience of buying a business a pleasant one, if this is your first business purchase or you are an experienced business owner Leroy will use his expertise to make it as easy as possible for you to achieve your dream of business ownership. He uses his expertise also to fund TEAM UP 2. 

Leroy is a graduate of Dickerson Business College in Kansas City, MO. He holds a degree in accounting. Leroy has always enjoyed sales. he started at the early age of 11 selling Christmas Cards offered on the back of his favorite comic magazines. Leroy then went on to one of the worse neighborhoods to work in and this is another reason he has the vision for the elderly and homeless from this experience.

After holding a job for a number of years as a welder Leroy decided it was time to become an entrepreneur. Leroy opened and operated a very successful car lot in Kansas City where he established a loyal clientele. In 2016 Leroy wanted to help others achieve their dreams and goals and became a partner in opening Sunbelt Business Brokers in Kansas City, MO, Where he was able to see his dream come true by helping others become entrepreneurs. Its also the very motivation for his founding TEAM UP 2, in order to continue to help others.

In his spare time Leroy enjoys spending time with his family and his German Shepherd. Leroy is also a very active member of his church.
